COGELSA developed ULTRACHAIN CPO 270, oil for lubrication of chains in electro-coating paint facilities. An international automobile manufacturer needed an oil bath compatible with electro-coating paint, because the oils used, dropping small amounts of paint in the bathroom, caused defects in the finished painting, called "eyes fish".

COGELSA recently launched ULTRAGREASE BETA 2 a grease to meet the demand for a lubricant for machinery at extremely low temperatures, such as those found in deep-freeze facilities in the food industry. ULTRAGREASE BETA 2 warranties lubrication at temperatures of -60 º C. Additionally, rheological characteristics make it a suitable grease for bearings and shafts operating at very high speed factors of the order of 1.2 million (velocity factor = bearing mean diameter in mm x rpm spin speed).
