INTRODUCCIÓN

- El objetivo del ensayo es realizar un estudio experimental que permita evaluar la eficiencia energética del aceite lubricante COGELSA ULTRAGEAR LF 320, trabajando en condiciones cercanas a las reales de operación que se dan en componentes que integran sistemas de engranajes.
- El sistema diseñado permite medir las pérdidas de eficiencia por fricción que se producen en el sistema de engranajes con un aceite.
- El sistema mide el aumento de torque provocado por la fricción en diferentes condiciones de ensayo: carga y velocidad de giro.
- En este ensayo se compara la eficiencia energética entre un aceite convencional para lubricación de engranajes COGELSA STANDARD VAREN EP 320 y el aceite COGELSA ULTRAGEAR LF 320 con una nueva tecnología de aditivos para reducir la fricción.
BANCO DE ENSAYO DE ENGRANAJES FZG
El banco de ensayo utilizado es el denominadoFzG, definido por la norma DIN 51 354 partes 1 y 2.

RESULTADOS
LS0: Aumento del torque con la velocidad.
Eliminación de no-load losses: variación de régimen de lubricación con aumento de la velocidad.
Par generado en los diferentes rangos de carga y velocidad eliminando no-load losses: A menor par → más eficiente es el aceite.
CONCLUSIONES
- Las mayores diferencias de eficiencia entre los aceites se observan en condiciones de carga más elevadas (LS9). En este régimen de carga, COGELSA ULTRAGEAR LF 320 es el aceite que presenta la mayor eficiencia.
- En las condiciones de carga más elevada (LS9) y mayor velocidad (1500 rpm), el aceite COGELSA ULTRAGEAR LF 320 proporciona un aumento de eficiencia del 5,7% respecto al aceite COGELSA STANDARD VAREN EP 320.
